Welcome!

Clipper City Gold Ale
American style golden ale, well-rounded, with a pleasing kiss of US and German hops. 4.8% abv.

a creamy, Brie-style cheese.

Second Pairing

Small Craft Warning Uber Pils
A deep golden helles bock with a firm structure from multiple helpings of Czech and German hops. 7% abv.

Abbaye de Belloc
Still made in the traditional manner by Benedictine Monks,
this French Pyrenees sheep's milk cheese has a fine, dense texture that is high in fat - smooth, buttery, nutty and sweet.

Third Pairing

Winter Storm Imperial ESB
Served tonight in the traditional manner directly from a cask.
A ruddy-hued winter warmer with English malts and hops. 7.5% abv.
It's the 2007 release of Clipper City's winter warmer!

Keens Cheddar
Made in the traditional way in Somerset UK using un-pasteurized milk.
A full, deep-layered flavor, a firm yet buttery texture, and a sweet grassy aroma.

Fourth Pairing

Peg Leg Imperial Stout
A deliciously chocolatey strong, dark stout. English malts and hops. 8% abv.

Colston Bassett Stilton
Considered the finest Stilton available.
Richer and creamier than others with a pronounced full flavor and a greater depth of flavor.

Fifth Pairing

Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale
Hops, hops, and ... more hops! In fact, 3 pounds of fresh US hops per barrel.
Very herbal and fruity in aroma. 7.3% abv.

Taleggio
A classic washed rind cheese from Lombardy, Italy with a strong aroma.
But the rich and creamy paste is nutty, meaty, and slightly salty.

Dessert Pairing

Below Decks Barleywine
An English-style strong ale that can be cellared, and that will develop with age.
In fact, we'll be tasting the 2006 vintage. Complex flavors of nuts and caramel. 10% abv.
