A deep golden helles bock with a firm structure from multiple helpings of Czech and German hops. 7% abv.
Still made in the traditional manner by Benedictine Monks,
this French Pyrenees sheep's milk cheese has a fine, dense texture that is high in fat - smooth, buttery, nutty and sweet.

Winter Storm Imperial ESB
Served tonight in the traditional manner directly from a cask.
A ruddy-hued winter warmer with English malts and hops. 7.5% abv.

Made in the traditional way in Somerset UK using un-pasteurized milk.
A full, deep-layered flavor, a firm yet buttery texture, and a sweet grassy aroma.
Fourth Pairing
Peg Leg Imperial Stout
A deliciously chocolatey strong, dark stout. English malts and hops. 8% abv.
Considered the finest Stilton available.
Richer and creamier than others with a pronounced full flavor and a greater depth of flavor.
Fifth Pairing
Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale
Hops, hops, and ... more hops! In fact, 3 pounds of fresh US hops per barrel.
Very herbal and fruity in aroma. 7.3% abv.
A classic washed rind cheese from Lombardy, Italy with a strong aroma.
But the rich and creamy paste is nutty, meaty, and slightly salty.
